The law of life is simple and straightforward and it says that you cannot get out of life anything other than what you put into it.
It’s like farming, whatever seed a farmer put into the earth decides what is going to come out of it.
When it comes to us, the same laws apply but here the seed is our thoughts and our result and experience in life, is the harvest.
The major reason why most people fail to live the life of their dreams even when they put all the efforts they could in order to get what they wanted, is the lack of gratitude in their hearts.
Understand that there is an unseen unified field of energy within and all around us which carry in it the infinite potential from which we can choose any idea, desire, or goal to manifest in our physical life.
The process of manifestation happens through certain laws; the law of attraction is one of them.
A grateful heart brings us in harmony with the laws.
Our whole being is governed by universal laws, and we as a conscious being are the drivers of the vehicle called the body through which we create and experience our life.
Gratitude increases the beauty of our experiences.
We are always connected to the unified field of energy and information, and communicating with it through the medium of our thoughts and emotions.
The thoughts we think and the feelings we have for our thoughts send a signal into the field, and as this signal goes into the field, it brings out the expression of that signal as an experience in our physical life.
What is Gratitude?
If we see in very simple term, gratitude is a response we give to someone when a favor is done to us, or when someone fulfills our need.
The gratitude basically is a state of receiving, and in a state of gratitude, we feel happy and fulfilled.
Now, as we know the gratitude is a feeling our brain and body creates when something good is done to us, this feeling put our brain and body in a vibration where we attract and express the thoughts of appreciation for the favor that is being done to us.
When we have this state of mind we send a signal into the field which brings in our life more things to be grateful for.
When we are grateful for the good that we already have in our life, we will attract more things to be grateful for.
GRATITUDE is a powerful process for shifting our energy and bringing more of what we want in our life.
Gratitude and Mental Adjustment
In his great book “The Science of Getting Rich”, author ‘Wallace D. Wattles wrote that “The whole process of mental adjustment and atonement can be summed up in one word, GRATITUDE.”
When you are having any difficult time in your life, it doesn’t matter from which area of your life it is related to, or what is the cause of it, just take a step back from whatever you are doing.
Sit alone for some time and think of everything that you have (small things or big) in your life which made your life a little easier, and say out loud your words of gratitude.
When you do so, you would see that the problems that were bothering you don’t bother you that much anymore. It’s because you have shifted your energy from a lower vibration to a higher vibration of gratitude.
The natural human behavior is that when we are having problems, we tend to focus on the problems and see ourselves as a victim who has no control over his life.
However, when we stop and think, and see our life with the lenses of gratitude and focus on all the things that we have in our life for which we are grateful, then we attract in our life more things to be grateful for.
Gratitude is the principle of harmony, if you follow it, your whole being will be in a state of ultimate appreciation for life and in perfect unity with the Eternal Spirit.
The Energetic signature of Gratitude
When something happens to us in our environment and the experience changed us internally in some way, we pay attention to whatever caused it, and then we react to it according to our ruling mental state. When something good happens we react positively, and we feel gratitude for that experience.
The emotional signature of gratitude is that we have already received the outcome of our desire.
Gratitude is the state of mind where our desires have already been fulfilled.
Gratitude, in simple terms, is a form of ultimate receiving because we only say thanks when something favorable has been done to us.
When we needed something and someone fulfills that need, we naturally say thank you, or in other words, we feel and express gratitude to the person who made us feel that way, that is a state of giving Gratitude.
Normally we only accept, believe, and submit to the thoughts that are equal to our emotional state.
If we feel gratitude for the experience that we want to have, we are automatically sending a signal to our subconscious mind that the event is happening right now, the subconscious mind then will begin to organize our life according to the event we feel grateful for.
When we move into a state of gratitude, feel and express gratitude, we are convincing our subconscious mind into believing that we already have what we want.
We become connected to the unseen side of the things we desire, and our body becomes a harmonious match in vibration to the things we desire, then by law, the things we desire must start moving towards us.
How to use Gratitude to manifest your dreams
In order to manifest your dreams into your physical reality, the first thing you need to do is get an understanding of the power that is forever flowing to and through you.
This power has been called by many names, I call it “The Eternal Spirit”, it is the cause and effect of itself, it is the power that permeates, penetrates, and motivates the entire cosmos, and it is 100% evenly present in all places at the same time.
This power is a universal power, and it has a sense of self. It is consciously connected to every form of life.
It is the power that works to and through us for the growth and expansion of our individual consciousness.
It is always seeking higher and fuller expression with and through us.
We, as human beings, have the ability to build any thought, idea, or image in our conscious mind. When we focus on an idea or image for long enough and get emotionally involved with it, then this image begins to take roots in our subconscious mind, which then begins to take form in our physical reality.
Now, in the process of manifestation, the energy signature that we send out into the unified field, or the thoughts and feelings we submit to the eternal spirit decides whether or not the manifestation of our desire is going to take place.
The second thing you need to understand is that the eternal Spirit always responds to the thoughts and feelings of praise and gratitude.
Now, in order to bring harmony into your thoughts and feelings through the practice of gratitude, build a vivid imagination in your mind of the life you want to live, and then write it down on a paper in your own handwriting in as much detail as possible.
When you are done writing it down, you will see that there are many things in it that you don’t currently possess, make a list of all of those things.
Now, sit alone for some time (30 minutes or more) in a relaxed state, free your mind from any thought of any concern, and read your written description. Then go back in your mind and see yourself living that life, focus on all the things that give you the most pleasure in that life, especially the things you have listed on the paper, and then feel the gratitude and appreciation for those things and say the words of gratitude as you really mean it, as you have already received those things.
Finally, say the words of gratitude for the entire experience that you have created in your mind as if you are actually having this experience in your real life, then get up and try to live your day with the feeling of gratitude for the event that you are going to have, and forgive or abandon any thought of guilt, anger, fear, resentment, etc.
Practice this exercise every day, over and over again, until this feeling of gratitude becomes familiar to your brain and body, once that happens then it will become your default nature, and you will always be looking for the good in everything to be grateful for.
Once you have achieved that state, then an abundance of blessings will be drawn into your life, and you would never again feel that the supply is limited.
Now, when you would do this every day your subconscious mind will begin to take it as this event is actually taking place, and it will begin to prepare your life for all the things that you have sent gratitude for.
When our heart is filled with gratitude towards the Power that is bringing good into our life, and we praise it and the ways through which it express itself within and through us; it brings more things in our lives to be grateful for, it makes us move on a higher level of awareness, and it fills our heart with unconditional love.
When our hearts become full of love and gratitude, and we feel a sense of completion, then all we want to do is to give and spread love everywhere we go.
