Humanity, for sure, is going through a really tough time right now. Everything is different now, people are scared, stressed, and have no idea what’s gonna happen after we are through, with this pandemic.

 

So, I just want to remind you that we have the potential and abilities deep within us to overcome any challenge, and tough time like this comes to push us to bring those abilities to the surface as the next step of evolution of Human Consciousness.

 

Now, As for the Coronavirus, the first thing you should do is- get an understanding of the virus – what this virus is and How it works in our bodies?

Now, Do your Meditation every day, connect to the source, feel elevated emotions, and don’t be stressed

 

 Because if you are stressed your immune system is vulnerable and the virus can get in and connect with the host and start replicating itself, which is a bad sign.

 

But if you can stay in a state where you feel joy, love, gratitude, and inspired, your immune system would have more energy to fight with any kind of viruses including COVID-19.

 

Now, we got a lot of free time nowadays, so we have a chance to go within and search for the meaning of our life; not the purpose, not the goals but the meaning.

 

I have an exercise for you, if you do this right it would be of enormous help to you when you will get back to work.

 

Step 1- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for a while by anyone, then play some soft music and sit your body down in a totally relaxed state, and take some deep slow breath and focus on your breaths.

 

Step 2– Go within your mind and search for the memories that are most valuable to you, think of what you were thinking at that time and how you were feeling at that time, then ask yourself why this memory is valuable to me, what is it that makes it valuable?

 

 When you would have the answer to that, the answer would lead you to an emotion associated with the memory, name that emotion.

 

Try to find the emotions that have the most positive impact on you, then observe the patterns in your life of how these emotions came to you, and in these patterns, you would find a path, if you are a good observer, that would lead you in the direction where you would find the answers about the meaning of your individual life as a body, mind, spirit, and awareness.

 

Step 3- Repeat the same process every day for at least 30 minutes, and give thanx for your life, and love yourself enough to do this inner work every day even though you don’t feel like doing it, at least until the lockdown continues.

 

Now, what this exercise would do for your mind is that it would bring your attention on the things that are more important to you than anything else.

 

 And, somewhere in there, you would find your goals, your purpose, and your meaning.

 

But remember this – the emotions that would bring meaning to your life would be Heart based emotions. The emotions like Love, Joy, Gratitude, Inspiration, Oneness & wholeness.

 

In the rest of the time, you should begin reading one of the books from this list-

 

 

#1 – The Biology of Belief

Author- Dr. Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D.

The Biology of belief begins with an experiment which Dr. Bruce Lipton was doing with stem cells, which eventually led him to a whole new understanding of how medical conditions of our body is not determined by genes rather it’s the environment which signals the gene, a phenomenon which,  in modern science, is known as “Epigenetics”.

 

Through this book, you will get to learn all the necessary information you need to know about your body and how intelligent it is to heal itself from any condition, how your thoughts and emotions affect your biology.

 

You will also learn information about quantum physics, and the workings of the conscious and the subconscious mind.

 

You will also learn about the role conscious parenting plays in a child’s life, and how you can program your child for greatness.

 

 

#2 – Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

Author- Dr. Joe Dispenza

In this book, Dr. Joe Dispenza gives us the formula of changing human personality, as dr. Joe Dispenza always says that “Your Personality creates your personal reality. So if you want to create a new personal reality, a new life, you have to change your personality.”

 

Through this book, first of all, you will get to learn who you really are, in terms of quantum physics, in the first chapter named “The Quantum You”.

 

Then you will get to learn three aspects of the material world and how they influence everything in our life (Environment, Body, and Time), and you will also learn how to overcome these & create the life you truly desire.

 

You will, then, learn the animalistic and divine aspects of human beings in the chapter “Survival vs creation

 

When you would move further you will learn about the meditation and its effects on our brain and body.

 

How to change your thoughts and feelings and create a new life through the meditative process.

 

And, finally, you would learn meditation formula and how to apply it properly, which is specially designed to teach us how to let go of the old personality and create a new one.

 

With a new personality will come a new personal reality, a new life.

 

 

#3 – Becoming  Supernatural 

Author- Dr. Joe Dispenza

This is the Book which contains all the information that Dr. Joe teaches in his workshops, the premise on which this book is based is that you can cure the incurable by the power of your mind.

 

 Most people think that we are linear beings, living a linear life in a world made up of matter but Dr. Joe Dispenza in this book teaches that we are dimensional beings, living a dimensional life in a world made up of an intelligent field of energy called the quantum field.

 

Based on scientific research and proof he teaches the true nature of reality, within the book, there are many real-life examples of common people who are doing the uncommon.

 

After reading this book you will never look at life in the same way, your perception of reality will change.

 

 And, all of the information in the book is based on new Science.

 

#4 – The Divine Matrix

Author- Gregg Braden

In this book, Gregg Braden talks about the field of energy that connects everything in the universe, he calls this field “The Divine matrix”.

 

He talks about the scientific experiments that prove the existence of the divine matrix, how they were conducted, and the results we got from those experiments.

 

He tells, in scientific terms, that we are not just passive observers in the universe rather we are participatory creators in the universe.

 

He also talks about the Holographic nature of reality and how we can create a better reality for ourselves by the power of Human Emotions.

 

You will also get to learn really powerful lessons about the relationships, you would learn why the same type of relationships keeps coming in your life.

 

 Gregg talks about the 7 Essene mirrors of relationship which tells that every relationship in your life is a reflection of your inner self.

Author – Bob Proctor

This is a classic book by Bob Proctor; this is the book that changed me forever.

 

There is a chapter in this book named “Let Go and Let God”  which taught me what is the real meaning of Faith.

 

I like to tell you that – I am the product of this book.

 

This book begins with the Chapter “ Me and Money”, in which Bob Proctor teaches us what money is, in its true nature, and what is our relationship with it.

 

It gives you a different perspective on money and how to accumulate it.

 

You will also learn about How the mental images you built in your mind controls the results you get in your life.

 

It will also take you in a greater depth of the Law of Attraction and how it really works.

 

It also teaches us about the universal laws through which everything happens in the universe.

The chapter “Let Go and Let God” give us the understanding of the omnipresent universal power which is evenly present in all places at the same time, how everything in the universe is an expression of this power, and how through faith this power takes over and create for us anything we want.

 

 

It is incredible information written in a way that anybody can understand and organized in a way that brings clarity in your mind about how to create the life you truly desire.

 

 

#6 – The Science of Getting Rich

Author- Wallace D. Wattles

This is the book that inspired ‘Rhonda Byrne’ to create the sensational movie “The Secret”.

 

 Through this book author “Wallace D. Wattles” break down the wealth-building process in a simple formula.

 

The book is based on the fact that our universe is not made up of matter rather it is made up of an intelligent substance that causes everything to happens.

 

 

The author says- “There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.

 

A thought, in this substance, Produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.

 

Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.”

 

 

Through this book, you will get to learn how you can build a fortune for yourself by following the formula and doing things in a certain way.

Author- Genevieve Behrend

In this book, author Genevieve Behrend talks about the universal power that lives within each and every one of us, and how we can use this power to create a greater expression of our individual life.

 

The author tells us that what we visualize consistently will eventually come into being.

 

When we take the conscious control of this power we can create the life we truly desire.

 

Genevieve Behrend was the only Personal Pupil of the great author and metaphysical philosopher Thomas Troward.

 

 According to Behrend, He was the master of the laws governing the relation between the individual and the Universal Mind.

 

Thomas Troward’s work is not easy reading for a general audience, but Genevieve Behrend simplifies his ideas for a larger audience.

 

 Your Invisible Power is more focused on the power of visualization to achieve desires.

 

She said that “The exercise of the visualizing faculty keeps your mind in order, and attracts to you the things you need to make life more enjoyable in an orderly way.

 

 

 The universe and the universal power works in perfect order, so when our mind is in order, it allows this power to be expressed in our lives in a greater way.

 

Through this book, you will get an incredible understanding of the eternal spirit that is forever flowing to and through you, how your mind works with this power,  and how you can attract anything you desire in your life.

 

 

# 8 – Psycho-Cybernetics

Author- Maxwell Maltz

This is a classic book by the author Dr. Maxwell Maltz, it’s one of the best books written on self-image psychology.

 

Dr. Maltz was a plastic surgeon, when he used to remove the scar from a patient’s face he noticed that a certain percentage of those people used to show an incredible change in their entire personality and others don’t.

 

So, he begins to discover the cause for that difference which he has shared in this book, he tells that just like a unique face we also have a unique inner image of our selves, and this inner image or Self- Image control the expression of our individual life.

 

Through this book, you will get to learn that Self-Image of an individual work exactly like a cybernetics system.

 

An autopilot in an Air Plane is a cybernetic system whose purpose is to keep the plane on a set course.

 

Self-Image also works like the cybernetics system, its objective is to bring the results and experiences of the life of an individual that is consistent with his/her self-image.

 

Always remember this- It Doesn’t matter where you are or what you do, you cannot outperform your self-image

 

Author Maxwell Maltz said – “The “self-image” is the key to human personality and human behavior. Change the self-image and you change the personality and the behavior. But more than this, The “self-image” sets the boundaries of individual accomplishment. It defines what you can and cannot do.

 Expand the self-image and you expand the “area of the possible.”

 

 

 

#9  – The 5 Second Rule

author – Mel Robbins

In this great book, the author Mel Robbins gives us the formula to overcome procrastination.

 

She talks about how motivation is not going to change your life it’s your action that’s gonna change the outcome of your life.

 

The problem is that in order to change our life we have to do some things that are scary, uncertain, or hard; and our brain is designed in a way that it would always try to keep us in our comfort zone.

 

So, Mel Robbin’s “5-second rule” gives you a simple technique to make your brain work in favor of your dreams.

 

 You will learn incredible brain science in a simple and understandable way, she has an incredible way of explaining things that makes it interesting to read, and there are hundreds of testimony in the book of the people who have used the 5-second rule and changed their life completely.

 

Now, If you are a lazy person when it comes to action, this simple rule could be your savior.

 

If you know what you have to do, you know how to do it, but it seems like you are not being able to do it, then this book is specially designed for you.

 

It’s a simple technique to fire your brain in a sequence where it works for what you want instead of what you are, and once you start applying it and it becomes a habit everything in your life will begin to improve.

 

 

 

#10 – The Law of Life- Basic Principles for a Better life

Author-  ER. ALAM

This is my book which I wrote to explain the basic principles of life that most people forget.

When you do so, you would be installing the hardware in your brain for the preparation of a new experience, and when you are ready, you would attract everything necessary for the new experience.
